Orders
All purchases are made through our online store.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please review the details carefully and contact us immediately if anything appears incorrect.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Production and Shipping (Print on Demand)
Many of our products are made to order through trusted production partners.
This means your item is produced specifically for you after purchase. Production time typically ranges from 2–7 business days. Shipping times depend on your location.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before completing your order.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on production time and destination.
BlossomTheWippet is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, because many of our products are made to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-produced items.
We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged, is defective, or you received the wrong product.
